We can offer a week especially for those who enjoy Triathlon supported by our on site BTF Level 2 certified coach. 

The rivers or lakes are an ideal place to take a dip and work on your swim to bike transition, take a nice ride around the local villages, then practice the bike to run transition before taking a run through our rural location. 

These sessions can be tailored to the points you feel weakest in, and the tranquillity of the roads can help to build bike confidence. The sessions that can be offered range from endurance to FTP power sets to Time Trials.

We are hoping to have a 25m pool installed onsite through the summer of 2018 although this is taking longer than hoped due to various reasons.
